However, if you have neglected dental care in the meantime, or coffee, smoking or other bad habits have left a yellowish color on your teeth, then we have one tip for you to fix it quickly.

And you will not have to run to the dentist and pay dozens of euros for tooth whitening.

To prepare a bleaching paste, you only need two common ingredients that can be easily taken up in every grocery store - Lemon and Bicarbonate Soda.

Production of paste
To manufacture the paste, proceed as follows:

Take a glass or ceramic bowl and pour one teaspoon of soda bicarbonate into it.
Pass the lemon in two halves.
Push one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
Pour the lemon juice into a bowl of bicarbonate soda and stir both ingredients well (while stirring the mixture can start to gently moisten).
Perhaps you can make more paste as you need. You could have half the volume or even less, but it would be harder for you to mix.

If you do not want to waste the ingredients, you can use only half the amounts of both ingredients.

Application procedure and tooth whitening
To do your teeth whitening follow these steps:

After taking the paste, take a classic toothbrush and pick up some paste. Not as much as you get from a regular toothpaste, but only about a quarter of the area of the bristles.
If the paste consistency is too thin, just brush your teeth a few times while brushing your teeth.
Then thoroughly wash your teeth thoroughly. However, not longer than the two minutes mentioned.
In the end, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Both components have a strong effect on tooth enamel, so it is necessary to limit the amount of paste applied and the time of its application.

This should not exceed the mentioned 2 minutes. Otherwise, it could be hurt to damage the tooth enamel.

Conclusion
When cleaning is complete, look into the mirror and see how much your teeth get rid of.

Remember that you should not do this too often to avoid damaging the tooth enamel. Once a month, it should be enough.
