With the weather condition our skin affects more either it is summer or winter. So skin required much care in winter season because more heat some time harm our skin so usually people face dry skin problems in winters. Not only skin get dry in winters but for many people this problem faces on whole body including dry hands, feet’s and even dry hairs.  So a lot of care is required to protect your skin from damage because it is more sensitive part of your body. 

Basic tips:

  • In winters usually people walk less which is bad for their health remember level of vitamin D should not be less because its deficiency can leads you towards several problems so keep it in balance to protect your health and skin so maintain it do exercise and keep moving as much as you can.
  • Keep your weight in balance because in winters usually overweight issues found more so take your diet in proper way so eat that foods which can provide warm to your body.
  • Add salads, fruits and vegetables more in your diet
  • Drink maximum amount of water
  • Use fresh juices especially apple juice is helpful in glowing your skin and for fair skin complexion instantly
  • Add honey in  little warm milk and drink it before sleep

  • Add honey, rose water and Glassarine  and lemon juice in equal quantity and use it by resolving them
  • Good oil based moisturizing can keep your skin protected 
  • Use homemade facial massage by including honey, egg white, with lemon juice in paste form
  • By applying an equal amount of milk with honey 
  • You can use gram flour by adding milk and a little amount of honey it will protect your skin from dryness. You can apply this paste on your hands and feet’s also. 
  • Use of oils like almond and coconut is beneficial for your skin. 
  • You can use egg white by adding milk in it and place this on your face until it get dries and wash with light warm water it will also helpful in removing dryness
  • Try to keep your skin soft by using moisturizing because dryness can make your skin hard and rough
  • Sit away from height it damage skin cells more
  • This problem often arise due to improper sleep and imbalanced diet so give much care for your diet and do exercise it will not only increase blood circulation in body but also avoid skin from getting dry. 
  • Skin problems are very common now a day but you can remove these issues by using natural diets and products. Frequent use of cosmetics products can damage skin badly.
